Fertility Doula Services
Whether you’re just beginning to prepare for pregnancy or have been trying to conceive for some time, fertility support can help you feel informed, empowered, and supported along the way. I provide personalized guidance through TTC, IUI, and IVF, helping you create a plan that aligns with your goals while offering evidence-based education and ongoing emotional support. While conception can never be guaranteed, you don’t have to navigate the process alone.
Birth Doula Services
Labor and delivery are a lot like running a marathon. You wouldn’t show up on race day without preparing your body and mind ahead of time, and I believe birth deserves that same intentional preparation.
My philosophy is that birth doesn’t have to be something you simply endure. With education, preparation, and the right support, it can be an experience you approach with confidence and even enjoy. For my birth clients, I focus on two goals: supporting a more efficient labor and making the experience feel more manageable and comfortable. Through prenatal education, movement and positioning, comfort techniques, mindset preparation, and individualized support, we begin preparing long before labor starts. We can’t control exactly how birth unfolds, but we can prepare you to meet it feeling informed, confident, and ready.
Postpartum Doula Services
The fourth trimester is one of the most important transitions in a woman’s life, yet it is often one of the least supported. You deserve time to rest, recover, bond with your baby, and adjust to your growing family without feeling like you have to do it all alone.
For my birth doula clients transitioning into postpartum, I offer both daytime and overnight support to continue the trusted care we established throughout pregnancy and birth. Whether you need help getting some much-needed sleep, newborn and feeding support, or simply an extra set of hands, postpartum care is designed around what you and your family need most.

Flexible Payment & Insurance OptionsPayment plans are available for all doula services to help make support more accessible for your family.Some insurance plans may offer coverage or reimbursement for doula services. Because benefits vary by provider and individual plan, I recommend contacting your insurance company directly to determine your eligibility.
