Postpartum Coaching

Embarking on the journey of motherhood and feeling overwhelmed? Let me help you seamlessly navigate this beautiful yet challenging experience. Our personalized 1-on-1 coaching intensive spans over 3 months, featuring 6 biweekly 1-hour online sessions (flexible scheduling, even during nap time!). Throughout these sessions, our aim is to enhance communication, establish achievable weekly tasks, and guide you towards embodying your highest and best version of yourself as a mom by the end of the two-month period. Let's make your mom journey a fulfilling and harmonious adventure!

Program is meant to follow after Prenatal Coaching but can also stand alone as a resource to help moms build their best life!
